A Great Explanation of the Basics of Investing and Finance

Many individuals find the concept of investing and finance quite mysterious or inexplicable. As such, they avoid investing in equities/stocks either individual holdings, ETFs or mutual funds. Unfortunately, this is quite short-sighted and these individuals are missing out on potentially great opportunities.

The Strong Dollar: What Does It Mean for the U.S. Economy? 

The U.S. dollar has been appreciating against other foreign currencies. This makes U.S. stocks and bonds more desirable to foreign investors, but also makes U.S. goods and services more expensive for foreigners. For example, foreign tourists will need to buck more when they come to the U.S.  As a result, the following short video outlines the impact of an increasing U.S. dollar.
